1.5 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Premium features are available via in-app purchases
Payments are processed by Apple App Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
You can manage subscriptions via your Apple ID settings
Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies

1.6 Intellectual Property

All rights related to the app, including:

Design
Features
Branding

are owned by FlipDecide and protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy or reuse any part of the app without permission.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipDecide is not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential damages
Losses from decisions made using the app
Data loss or device-related issues

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

2.3 Subscription Terms

2.4 Ownership

The app and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of FlipDecide.
